I've used CentraHeat a couple of times now, and I gotta say, I'm really impressed. The first time was for servicing a boiler in a house we were about to buy, since the seller had it done by some real cowboys. They discovered a part that was missing and fixed it up before we signed the papers. The second time, they took out an old gas fire. The quality of their work was top-notch and professional. They made sure the gas pipe was safe again, even in the concrete floor. They left the work area neat and tidy. The engineer was friendly and answered all my questions, even the ones that weren't about the job. I'd definitely call them again.

I made a purchase and wasn’t informed online about the delivery timeframe. Just 10 minutes after buying, I reached out to this company to update the delivery address since I could actually receive the package on the requested day. Centralheat told me they couldn’t change the address, even though the item hadn’t left their facility. Now, four working days have passed, and after calling them four times, I still haven’t seen my money back. I contacted my bank to find out the refund process, and they mentioned that Centralheat needs to get in touch with their bank to initiate the refund. It’s been four days, and Centralheat hasn’t managed to do that. They keep promising to call me back, but every time I reach out, I get some excuse and they claim there’s nothing they can do. I’m really let down by this company.

I’ll definitely suggest you to my friends. I wasn’t certain about what I needed, but you provided solid advice. The product arrived exactly where I requested, right on the date and time promised.
